The Lindblom Loop!: Fun packed weekend!

We had such a busy and fun-packed weekend! Mike and I celebrated our 11 yr anniversary on Saturday by taking a fun daytime date to a local winery in Rancho Bernardo. We did some...ok a lot of wine tasting and then dined at Cafe Merlot for lunch. Afterwards....still not quite ready to head home...we went to the Wine Barrell where we continued to celebrate and then finished the night off with some sushi! Needless to say there was almost too much wine and too much food...the morning came quickly...did the kids not know Mom & Dad were out late??? On Sunday we did some chores around the house and then took the kids and the girls across the street (Emily 12, & Madi 9) to Carl's Jr with us....I was a little worried that people thought all 5 of the kids were MINE when we walked in! On Sunday afternoon I took Macy along with my girlfriend Marla and her daughter Abby to the Cinderella Ballet downtown. The girls had so much fun....although Macy couldn't quite get over why "Cinderella didn't talk"...and wasn't a huge fan of the "boy ballerinas"!!! All in all we had a wonderufl weekend and reminisced about how fortunate we are to have such a healthy family and so many wonderful friends.

Macy had a birthday party for her babydoll Lauren...we had to turn out the lights and sing happy birthday...the whole nine yards...she turned "5 1/2"!
